Our shoebox is ready!

For several years now we have participated in Operation Christmas Child's shoebox project.  Although Joseph is still a little young to fully understand the concept of giving to those less fortuante than him we involved him in picking out the goodies to fill our shoebox this year.  We filled our shoebox with many things including a color book and crayons, playdough, a jump rope, a stuffed tiger as well as more practical things like soap, washcloths, tooth brushes, tooth paste and a t-shirt.  Our prayer is that the little boy who receives our shoebox will not only be filled with hope and joy at the gifts inside but also learn about the love of Jesus!
