Last night I was getting Joseph ready for bed while Matt took the dogs out one final time. When we finished the diaper change and teeth brushing part of the bedtime routine, Joseph loudly yells "Daddy Pray" over and over until Matt appeared in his bedroom. Every night Matt and I pray with Joseph beginning with thanking God for the blessings of the day, then we pray for family or friends who might need a special touch from the Lord that night, then we pray for protection of our home as we sleep and finally for Joseph to grow up to love and serve the Lord. Prayer time always ends with an enthusiastic "AMEN" from Joseph!
It is always a sweet time and melts this mommy's heart!
