never too young

we just picked up this awesome devotional book to begin reading with Joseph.  he LOVES it!  i have tried to explain that we read one story every day but he just keeps asking for more {sometimes up to 10 stories}.  he is a little sponge and i love it!

In this picture, we had just finished reading one about being born again.

"The apostle Paul wrote that when we decide to be born again we receive a brand-new spiritual connection with God, Jesus, and the Holy Spirit.  It's as if we are adopted by God.  Our parents love us, and now God also becomes our heavenly parent.  Being born again means we become God's kids too. (see Romans 8:14-17.) ~ page 106
