Joseph Has Discovered The Best Part Of Baking

On yet another rainy day we decided to bake some mini chocolate cupcakes and make some homemade cream cheese frosting!

I told Joseph that once the cupcakes cooled we could frost them and then after lunch we could taste them.  He said "Mommy, I want one, two, three cupcakes."

Silly boy - that is not happening!
